Recipe(tried): Crock Pot Round Steak

My favorite way to prepare round steak is to cut it into 1/4"
strips and put into the crockpot with sliced onions, 8 oz.
tomato juice, salt, pepper and a generous dash of
worchestershire sauce. In the last hour of cooking add
sliced mushrooms and green peppers. Serve over rice.
