Recipe(tried): Message for Ana M. / San Antonio. In regard to uses for Ali Oli
Toppings - Sauces and Gravies Ali-Oli Sauce:
I am a fan of this sauce originated in Spain or in Provence, France (both France & Spain claim that it is original from their country). I use the Ali Oli as vegetable butter for spreading in bread, for garnishing baked potatoes, as a sauce for fish, chicken breasts or steaks, as a delicious dressing for steamed vegetables and to be mixed with rice dishes as Paella, Arroz a la Catalana, and Rice salad. Also, I add cilantro to it and I use it as a dip for french fried potatoes or chips. It is delicious!Gladys/PR
