Recipe: Re: Derby Pie

Misc.
I found this while surfing the WWW. Maybe you already have this recipe.

I will post it anyway, in case someone else might like it :-)

Winner's Circle Pie

1 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup English walnuts
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla (or 2 T. Kentucky bourbon)

Mix sugar and flour; add eggs and then butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Test with a toothpick.. Bake longer if necessary: it should be chewy, not runny.
