I use to be A cook 20 some years ago at my Bonanza here in my home town, we use to marinade the chicken in French Rose, now referred to Honey French dressing. I swear by it here at home when doing chicken on the grill. & when I go to our local steak house, here in PA, that would be Hoss's, I get steak & chicken well it's called Sirloin tips & chicken, I get my chicken grilled or broiled & I get looks when I put honey French dressing over my chicken, takes me back to Bonanza's Chicken Monterey.
