Recipe(tried): Archway Cherry Chip Cookies (copycat recipe)

ARCHWAY CHERRY CHIP COOKIES
(copycat recipe)

1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp cherry flavoring
1 cup cherry chips
extra powdered sugar (for rolling)

(I colored mine pink and added cherry flavoring.)

Just mix it all in a food processor.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar. Cool and roll again.

Not perfectly like archway's but close and very yummy.
