Recipe: 49er Pancakes
Breakfast and Brunch'49ER PANCAKES
Source: Dutch Oven Cooking by John G. Ragsdale
2 cups flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sourdough culture
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
TO SERVE:
butter
maple syrup
Stir up everything but the syrup and butter.
Can cook on greased inverted lid of a Dutch oven.
