Apple Pie Cake
Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
In a medium bowl, beat 1 egg, then add:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Add:
2/3 cup flour sifted with 1 tsp. baking powder
Add:
2 cups apples (peeled and sliced or chopped)
1/2 cup wheat germ flakes or chopped nuts
Mix well and spread in the greased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
Don't let it get too brown or it will dry out.
