Recipe: Kikkoburgers (Kikkoman Soy Sauce recipe, 1960's)

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats

KIKKOBURGERS

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
3 1/2 tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup grated onion

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into generous size patties.

Grill, broil or fry approximately 4-6 minutes to a side depending on the degree of cooking desired.

Makes 4 servings
