Recipe: Lemon Ice Cubes and Tea Ice Cubes (RealLemon, 1980's)

LEMON ICE CUBES

"Lemon Ice Cubes garnish, without diluting, cold drinks. Use in mixed drinks, carbonated beverages, lemonade or punch."



3/4 cup sugar
1 cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
3 cups water
Maraschino cherries, mandarin orange segments, seedless grapes, optional

In 1-quart pitcher, dissolve sugar in ReaLemon. Add 3 cups water.

Pour into ice cube trays. Place 1 piece of fruit in each section if desired. Freeze.

Makes about 3 dozen ice cubes

TEA ICE CUBES
Makes about 3 dozen ice cubes

"Use in iced tea."

3 cups strong brewed tea, cooled
1/4 cup ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate
Maraschino cherries or mandarin orange segments, optional

In 1-quart pitcher, combine tea and ReaLemon. Pour into ice cube trays. Place 1 piece of fruit in each section if desired. Freeze.

Makes about 3 dozen ice cubes
