Recipe: Yummy Bitey Salad (using jello, pineapple, condensed milk, and cottage cheese)

Salads - Assorted
YUMMY BITEY SALAD (USING JELLO, PINEAPPLE, CONDENSED MILK, AND COTTAGE CHEESE)

2 packages (3-oz. each) lime jello
2 cups boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits with juice, undrained
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup real mayonnaise
5 tbsp. horseradish

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add 4 ice cubes to cool.

Add pineapple tidbits with juice. Fold in condensed milk, cottage cheese, mayonnaise and horseradish. Pour into 8x8 dish or your favorite jello mold. Refrigerate to set.

Servings: 10
