re: Triple O sauce

I was told by someone who worked at White Spot that "triple O' stands for "triple order" of sauce. If you order your burger "triple O' you get the same sauces just 3X as much.

I agree with those who think sweetened mayo for the white and something like Bick's hamburger relish for the red. Does anyone know what they used to use at White Spot on their "California Club" sandwich? It had some kind of red chile sauce. Wonder if it was just Heinz.
