Recipe(tried): Baked potatoes for a crowd

I have baked potatoes for a church dinner a couple of times. I served around 50 people. I scrub and wrap the potatoes in foil and use an electric roaster to bake the potatoes. It frees up the ovens and the cooking time is shorter. I set the roaster to 350 degrees and bake them 4-5 hours, depending on the size of the potatoes.
