Recipe(tried): Caramelized Onion and Cranberry Confit

Chiqui, I am making almost the same recipe for tomorrow!!

It uses sweet onions as opposed to red. They are caramelized in butter, you add fresh or frozen cranberries, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon orange rind.

You serve it on whole grain crackers spread with cream cheese. Happy Thanksgiving!
