Recipe(tried): Chicken Bryan like Carrabba's - Variation - excellent recipe

excellent recipe. it is very similar to Carabbus' Chicken Bryan and in my wife's skilled hands actually better! the only problem with Carabbus' version is that they are too heavy on the goat cheese. recommend less than the 8 oz listed above (unless you add it to mashed potatoes) and make sure the sundried tomatoes are pretty finely chopped (but not minced).
