Recipe(tried): Chico's Tacos

Goodness it has been years since I have had Chico's Tacos.

I still remember the taste, you never forget it. I happen to go this past weekend, September 5, 2009, from Albuquerque, NM. It is still the same as I remember.

I did try some of the recipes but omitted certain ingredients and or decreased amount used, because it is a simple sauce.

Even if you are close to the ingredients or not I wouldn't let anyone discourage me from trying to make the sauce as close to the ones made at Chico's.

It is good to experiment and come up with your own version of the sauce I made both last night and it is fairly close.
