Recipe: Droste's Chocolate Whipped Cream Frosting (recipe from the tin, 1900's)

DROSTE'S CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM FROSTING


3 tablespoons Droste Cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
Pinch of salt

Mix ingredients. Chill for 2 hours. Whip mixture until stiff. Fill and frost 2 (8-inch) sponge or angel cake layers.
