DUNKACINO FACSIMILE

1 cup hot water
1 heaping tsp instant coffee
1 heaping tsp Hershey's or equivalent unsweetend cocoa powder
1 teaspoon hazlenut flavored syrup (starbucks $6.25 a bottle)
2 oz half and half
2 heaping tsp sugar (or splenda)

You can adjust this recipe to your liking.
