Recipe(tried): Grilled Chicken Tenderloin from Cracker Barrel

I do not know about the vegetables and rice, but the marinated chicken I have loved for years and knew someone who was a cook there. He told me the marinade is:

Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
Honey
Worcestershire Sauce

I usually get a bag of frozen tenderloins, add the bottle of Italian Dressing, about 4-ish TBSP of Honey, and a few shakes of the Worcestershire Sauce. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight (or all day). The tenderloins thaw and marinate at the same time.

I grill them up on my George Foreman in less than 5 minutes! Goes great over a salad also...
