Recipe: Keys' Mustard Sauce

Toppings - Sauces and Gravies
KEYS' MUSTARD SAUCE

Good with stone crabs, shrimp, crawfish, other fish and meat.

4 cups mayonnaise
1 cup Dijon mustard
3/4 cup Key lime juice
1 tablespoon Pickapeppa sauce
1 tablespoon A1 Steak sauce

Using a whisk or a food processor, blend the mayonnaise with the mustard. Slowly pour in the Key lime juice. Add the Pickapeppa and A-1 sauce and blend until a light golden brown.

Makes about 5 cups
