Recipe(tried): Mackenzie River House Vinaigrette (almost)

Hi,

I have been trying to get this exact recipe since the late 90's. I have played with the ingredients and almost have it.

MACKENZIE RIVER HOUSE VINAIGRETTE
(copycat recipe)

Canola oil
Cider vinegar
soy sauce
dijon
salsa
horseradish
oregano
garlic

I have tried 3 parts oil to 1 vinegar and 1 soy. Then play with the salsa and other stuff.

It comes pretty close.
