Recipe(tried): Max & Erma's Chicken Tortilla Soup (Sue's version)

I tried this recipe and was disapointed. It was easy to make, but I did not think it was like Max & Erma's. A friend tried mine, and he liked it. He has not had Max & Erma's. Maybe my expectations were too high. Thanks for the recipe though.
