Recipe: Northwoods Inn Whipped Cheese Butter (mixed for 45 minutes to 1 hour!)

Toppings - Assorted
NORTH WOODS INN CHEESE BUTTER

Use on breads, crackers, potatoes, etc.

1 lb. Cheddar, grated
1 1/2 lb. butter, room temperature
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 oz. Romano cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
4 drops Tabasco sauce
2 drops red food coloring

Mix all ingredients together with electric mixer on slow speed for 45 minutes to one hour. Do not use food processor.
