Recipe(tried): PF Chang's Dipping Sauce

PF Chang's sauce is made from chili paste, soy sauce, chinese hot mustard, vinegar, chili oil, and hoisin sauce.

I have yet to find chili paste in the grocery stores that does not have garlic in it-- Chang's does not have the garlic. I am thinking that Huy Fong's Sambal Oelek may be similiar so I have to find somewhere to buy it!
