TEXAS ROADHOUSE CAESAR DRESSING
(copycat recipe)

"A friend of mine gave me this recipe years ago and I told her it tastes just like the Caesar dressing that Texas Roadhouse uses in CA."

FOR THE DRESSING:
1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese (I use the powdered one for this dressing it mixes better)
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sweet and sour dressing
2 Tbsp. dry Ranch dressing mix
1 tsp garlic pepper
1 clove garlic minced and mashed
FOR THE SALAD:
Romaine lettuce, chopped
fresh shredded Asiago cheese
toasted croutons.

Combine the ingredients for the dressing.

Add dressing to the lettuce, to taste. Mix well and refrigerate.

Served topped with shredded Asiago cheese and toasted croutons.
