Blocked pepper jack cheese- cut into 1 x 1 cubes
Heavy whipping cream
Milk
Jalepeno Peppers
Pico de gallo
Cayenne Pepper
Frozen Spinach- make sure to completely thaw and drain

not sure how much of everything- you'll have to play with it, but pretty darn sure this is the ingredient list.
