Recipe: gringo dip recipe

Misc.
From what I understand, the cheese base is a processed cheese - sort of like Velveeta but a white cheese. It melts easily and doesn't go all lumpy or greasy. Then it has spinach, atichoke, pico de gallo, cayenneand some pepperjack cheese. I'm still working on getting the information out of some past employees. I have found a white processed cheese at the grocery store, just need to figure out ratio of ingredients now.
Once I have the recipe figured out, I'll post it here.
