Recipe: Barnacle Bill's Seafood Vegetable RIce Recipe - Some information

I found some information on a discussion board about Barnacle Bill's. There is nothing on the Internet so far. Please post a recipe here if you are successful.

From their menu I have seen stir-fry vegetables and rice pilaf with oriental sauce. If that give you move hints.

Saute diced celery, carrots and green onion in real butter, salt and pepper - the amounts you will have to manage on your own. Boil your rice, then add sauteed items. Dice the top of green onions and leave for greenery on top of rice (do not cook). Also make sure you salt water before cooking the rice.
