Recipe: Glazed Short Ribs (using ketchup, brown sugar and lemon juice, baked)

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
GLAZED SHORT RIBS

4 pounds beef short ribs
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup grated celery
1/2 cup grated onion
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Place ribs in a baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well, then pour over ribs in pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 3 hours, or until tender.

Makes 4 servings
