ISO: hough Bakery modernistic cookie

I was hoping to get the recipe for the old Hough Bakery modernistic cookies. They were black and white cookies but what made them unique is that there was no frosting on the cookie. Instead the cookies were a swirl of choclate and vanilla and they are the best cookie I ever had. I have been searching for years and can't find these cookies anywhere...please help
