ISO: Hough's white cake with white frosting

I looked for the book "Recipes" by Robert S. Pile,couldn't find...Would love the recipe for Hough's white cake with white frosting:) This truly is a favorite childhood memory. Nothing comes close. (Archies does have the white cake, though I can't drive that far ) Would appreciate any help. Thanks!
