Recipe(tried): Hough Bakeries Catering Mushroom Pie

Main Dishes - Meatless
The posted recipe for my uncle's Mushroom Pie as posted on this page works OK, but is not his official one as printed elsewhere. During his visits to my Barbados home, I often made those mushroom pies for his hospitality parties for relatives. Ratio of quantities is noticeably different.
