ISO: Hough Bakery white cake/lemon filling/coconut frosting

I would love to get ahold of a recipe for this cake. I grew up eating this all the time. The cake was white and soft there was lemon filling and cocnut all over the white frosting. Gosh , it was fantastic!! Hough Bakery is truly missed!! If anyone has any clue about this cake...please respond.
